Mental health coaching and ADHD coaching offer a new approach to mental health support. Both modalities are based on coaching techniques combined with tools from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and strategies to enhance your mental and overall health.
ACT techniques can help with things like difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions. They can help you identify what kind of life you want to live and how to move towards this.
Strategies to support your day-to-day life may include factors such as connection, nutrition, movement, rest and sleep. We will stay on your agenda here – you decide what changes you want to make, along with when and why.
The focus will be on the present and the future, rather than the past. We will use goal-setting and a practical strategies to help you move forward towards the life you want. I offer flexible indoor or outdoor coaching in Wellington as a new way to experience mental health or ADHD support, or online coaching via video call, direct to your home.
